No. The allowance is a monthly pool for the whole team: Professional includes 5,000 evidenced answers a month, however many seats you book, Starter 1,000. The price depends on the seats: Professional costs €490 a month with 5 seats, each additional seat €59.

In the app and via MCP, usage up to 150 % of the allowance is included; after that, answers pause until next month or an upgrade. From 80 %, c:node shows a notice. Via the Contract API, each additional evidenced answer costs €0.04 excl. VAT – capped in the Starter plan, so you never pay more than switching to Professional would cost. Nothing pauses there; only the rate limit applies.

No, evidenced answers count by model: an answer with Gemini Flash counts 1×, with Claude or Gemini Pro 2×, in “Thorough” mode 3× – even on a strong model, never more. On your own GPU, an answer counts 1×. Starter uses Gemini in the Automatic and Fast modes; Thorough and Claude come with Professional.

In the cloud plans the models are included; there are no own API keys there. Starter uses Gemini by Google, Professional adds Claude by Anthropic and Thorough mode. Enterprise also brings an open-weights model such as Qwen on your own or a dedicated GPU (“Local · own GPU” mode), your own API keys – only on a dedicated instance or on-prem – and rules per organisation, for example allowing EU processing only or disabling individual providers.

Team features start with Professional, with 5 seats included: create teams, invite colleagues, share chats with your team or the whole organisation, and assign roles. Research and Starter are meant for one person, and chats stay private there. You can share a public read-only link to a chat in every plan.

Connectors link c:node to your systems, such as Google Drive, Gmail or your CRM. Research includes no connectors. Starter connects up to 3 with live search: c:node searches your systems directly for each question. Professional connects up to 10 with continuous sync: new documents and mails go into your library and context automatically. A fair use of 2,000 processed documents and mails per month applies; above that, sync pauses until the next month, at no extra cost. Enterprise connects all of them.

Starter is for one person: up to 3 connectors with live search, Gemini in the Automatic and Fast modes and 1,000 evidenced answers a month. Professional is for teams: 5 seats included, up to 10 connectors with continuous sync, context graph, meeting follow-up and jobs with approval, all agents, plus Claude and Thorough mode, statistical forecasts for time series, MCP, audit export and an onboarding call with connectors set up. Calculations from your spreadsheets are included in both plans.

From Starter, c:node calculates with your spreadsheets: upload CSV or Excel files or use files from your library. The calculation core works out key figures, scenarios and projections, target-vs-actual and demand-vs-capacity balances, cost calculations and quotes, and threshold and rule checks – the calculation runs in the calculation core, not in the language model. Before calculating, you confirm inputs and assumptions on a card. The result comes with evidence: run ID, method and sources. The number guard flags numbers that come neither from the calculation nor from evidence. Charts, Word export and templates for decision papers, reports and quotes are included. From Professional, statistical forecasts for your time series are added: c:node chooses the model by rolling backtest on your series (ETS, ARIMA/SARIMA or Poisson GLM) and shows the prediction intervals as model-based, with the backtest result; when there is too little test data, a note says so. Enterprise adds calculation modules for your industry and your organisation, e.g. childcare and school demand planning for municipalities.

Yes. The annual licence costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: Professional €4,900 a year with 5 seats, each additional seat €590 a year. Starter costs €490 per seat and year.

Under the introductory terms until 31 Dec 2026, yes: the c:node Pilot (€2,400 excl. VAT) is credited to the annual licence if you sign within 30 days after the pilot – up to a maximum of 50% of the list price of the first annual licence. The remainder gets an additional 20% introductory discount: Professional with 5 seats thus costs (€4,900 − €2,400) × 0.8 = €2,000 excl. VAT in year 1; from year 2, the list price applies.

Yes, all prices are excl. VAT (19% in Germany). For EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure applies.
